summer time lets train in the fresh air

lets take our training to the out doors, come and try out our reactive strech cord with belt and our speed strength leg resistance band, and agility ladder . mum dad kids 06 upward can enjoy training together we also use plyometric jump platforms each training will be 1hour 30 minuit. training is short burst sprints no long distance running. a fun way to train go to and check it out,every one welcome

training will take 5-10 per group
