spring is in the air.

not long before we move the training out into the fresh air if you have been a little lazy this winter and, now is a good time to think about trying a new way to train and build up fast speed stamina and strength, come and try out resistant training we use the victory rope to develop power and strength, reactive stretch cord

for speed training, leg strength thigh, resistant band. resistant help to build strength speed and stamina. we will post-training days and time soon or you can book the time that suits you. age is only a number.
