short time left to train in the great out doors

It has been a great summer and so far and the start of autum/syksy has been good the boys group men group and the women group are training well.

we have not push the training too hard after returning from the holidays, the fitness level is much lower, so pushing hard will only result in injuries. we ill start to push when we go to training in doors,so for now we will concentrate on using the reactive stretch cord for speed training,then finish with the victory rope as seen in the video.
